I am having extreme difficulty connecting to the Internet. I know my router is working as the wifi works on my mobile device, so it must be a problem with my laptop. I have read other threads on this topic and a lot of them say to go to the device manger and make sure all your drivers/devices are working properly. I did that and they're all disabled so I clicked the button to enable them and my laptop goes to a bluescreen and says "we've encounted a problem with your pc" and then it restarts it. It does this every time I try to enable the wifi. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

When I open the 'network connections' Window it has two icons i can click on. 1. Is the Ethernet. Under that it says 'network cable unplugged' and Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller.
2. Is the wifi and under that icon it says 'disabled' Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160
