there basically is apps on your iphone/phone like photosync (i think it's called photosync) search for apps like photo transfer or wifi photo in your search on the phone with apps..

they will then make you go to your computer and download an app on your computer and then they communicate together phone to computer over the same wireless network.. and yes there are some free ones out there..

thats the best i can give you for now..

Another option, I connected a NAS hard drive [Network Attached Storage] to my Wireless Router via an Ethernet cable then Mapped the drive on my computers. I can manage files on it from the last 4 versions of Windows, Mac OS X and Linux, both Wired and Wireless.

Naturally all the data files can't be edited by all computers but for simple storage they don't care. An exception is Microsoft Office on the Windows and Mac computers as Microsoft produced Office for the Mac operating system and the files do interchange, at least as far as what I've done. An example of storage is putting my downloads on it along with .jpg and .mp3 files, nice when on one computer and come across a program for a different OS that I just HAVE to have.
