That router/gateway was made to work with Verizon. Using it on another ISP could be causing your problem. Was going to say contact Verizon about firmware update or upgraded gateway but you can't do that if you switched from Verizon.

Not saying it definitely is your problem but a possibility.

Thought you said Ohh ISP, maybe they are a Verizon re-seller. Anyway, I would contact them about a firmware or equipment upgrade/replacement.

Even if it doesn't correct the problem at least you know you have the most current equipment and can then look at other things.

Usually some kind of adapter model besides the manufacturer. That's all Device Manager shows?

If you're sure you have the latest and proper drivers I'm at a loss other than try some older drivers. How far away are you from the router on wireless?

Do you have another wireless device so you can see if the wifi connectivity is lost on other devices too? ie a phone, tablet, iPod.

If this is a laptop, does it only happen on battery power?

Did you try running the Windows built in network troubleshooter?

This has happened to me before. Have you tried going to your wireless icon at the bottom right screen and troubleshooting it? If that doesn't work, do you still have your warranty? If you do, send it in. It could be a simple malfunctioned wireless card.
