Unknown Network Locations

I just recently bought a new Lenovo laptop running Windows 8.1. When I open the file explorer and go to "this PC" section (where it shows my documents, music, devices, etc), under the "network locations" section there are a bunch of names that I don't recognize, and have no clue what they are. Some examples are jose-pc, maryay-pc, rhocode-dev1, zeorge-hp, as well as several others.

I'm not a very computer-savvy person, so I don't even know what the network locations section is even for to begin with:D, but does anyone know why all of these random things are in my network locations? I bought the laptop directly from Lenovo, so it's not like it's used or anything.

Thanks.
