And I mean SLOOOOW, 5 minutes to open it, another 10 - 15 to start changing connection and maybe another 10 for IPV4 properties to open. After that all goes fine until closing Center which stays there until computer restarted but settings are immediate and permanent.
I tend to attribute this to last optional update (KB3000850) and I'm wandering if somebody else had a problem like that and what was done about it ?
Otherwise that's only and largest problem I had up to now in whole windows and with updates. Before I restore with Macrium Reflect which I made backup with just before latest updates I would like to solve this if possible.
P.S:
All the system checks done, DISM and everything on HW and malware side too. Left only one connection and that's Ethernet adapter which works just fine.
Another P.S.
Impossible to uninstall that update, nothing after July shows up and didn't clean up backups since then.

Like it usually happens, as soon as I give up on solving a problem (or almost usually) I manage to solve it. Apparently there was an entry left from a ZT 3G modem I tried few month back that was not uninstalled and it didn't make problems until last update. It wouldn't go away using normal delete so I looked it up in registry, cleaned it up from there and now everything works like it should.
