I've gotten this for a while, when I start my computer, instantly open chrome, start browse, can visit one page, then fails to connect and says network changed, and this repeats several times.
Here is a picture to "explain" the whole thing.
I've disabled all startup items and disabled all non windows services, but the same thing happens.
Anyone who has a clue, thanks.
