    ciao,how i reset svchost.exe (ipv4-ipv6)-netsh int ipv4 reset-failed!
    and why my ISP download speed is 18 Mbps and when i use CyberGhost I have 70 Mbps?

    You need to post a speedtest result first, showing your Up & Down speeds. You can use Shaper Probe to get that information. ShaperProbe Just run in a Command window, and paste the results in a post.
