Solved Wifi couldn't be started with command prompt

Why are you using command to start your wifi? First question that comes to mind.

Are you using a router and is it set to the SSID you are entering? I admit to being a bit confused as to what you are doing.

Actually I am trying to create a wifi network where other computer can connect to my network. I will be using this network to share my computer's internet with my mobile phone or create a game server where other computer can connect to my computer's server. Here simply just turning on the wifi doesn't work.

Have you tried connecting through Control Panel network settings? Still wondering why the command prompt route. Try manually connecting through the Network and Sharing Center.

EDIT: Are you saying you're trying to set up your computer to share your internet connection (which is wired) with other wireless deices? If so, you have to turn network sharing on in the host computer.

But how do I connect from control panel network settings. I mean what are the steps?

You may also need to do this:

Open Device Manager. Click View -> Show hidden devices. Go to Network adapters. Locate Microsoft Hosted Network Virtual Adapter. Right click it and select Enable. Then use the commands below again:
netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow
netsh wlan start hostednetwork
