Who is your ISP? Is it capped? Are you over the cap? Maybe DNS issues.

Was 6 hours ago, maybe you figured it out?

I don't know about Time Warners cap policy or if there is one. What results do you get when you ping 8.8.8.8 from command prompt? That test you posted looks terrible. If you set DNS servers manually it is normal to set more than one. Have you tried setting to a different one(s) or leaving all zeros and let it assign automatically?

I'm assuming you're using a wireless router, the DNS addresses are set there. Or do you have a gateway modem which has wireless built in? If so, what model?

jj1944099, you are posting irrelevant info, regarding your issues. What we need is the output from a Traeroute Pasted into a post, not some .png or third party webiste.

IPconfig does nothing to show the problem. Pretty much every screen shot you posted, shows noting as to what is going on. Also would need to know our signal levels on your modem. All of that has be pasted as text into a post, not just some link.

You open up a command window, input "traceroute" and whatever web address or IP you wish to run a trace to. Once it is finished, you will right click on the top bar of the command window, do a "Select all", then right click again on the top bar and choose "copy". This is all computer 101.

You have to type in tracert if you use windows not traceroute.
Traceroute is a linux/OSX command - not really computer 101 for a windows site.

I'm leaning towards it being a problem on TWC end. Have you talked to them?
