100% packet loss when i try pinging google

    You have to type in tracert if you use windows not traceroute.
    Traceroute is a linux/OSX command - not really computer 101 for a windows site.

    Just called TWC, someone will come tomorrow and fix some things up. Will update this thread as soon as everything's done.

    TWC came and replaced the modem, which seemed to solve the problem!
