So hi everyone.

First of all sorry for my bad English. So i got this problem and i don't know how to solve it.
I bought i new TOSHIBA Satellite C55D - A - 15H it came with windows 8.1 but I didn't liked it so I installed Windows 7 Ultimate and now i'm getting slow wireless and Ethernet speeds. I searched forums for days and days and i can't find a problem. I tried to reinstall drivers and so on. Btw other computers are getting much more Internet speed than i'm getting.

Lets back up. Who is your ISP? What Gateway/Router do you have with them. You cannot go by what speedtest.net results show. They are always going to be inaccurate.

We need to know the manufacturer and model of your router. Who your ISP or Internet Service Provider is, what country you are using the computer in.

Keep in mind that foreign ISP's tend to throttle or limit what the user can have for connection speed to the Internet.

Were you able to download Speccy from the link I gave you? I still need those results. Once you run the program and have it inspect your system. You will get the web address/URL, which will allow me to look at your system specifications. It will also give me details on the network connections.

Also what Country and city do you use the computer in? BTW. You gave out your public IP address in the information you posted. You may want to edit that out.

Open up a Command window (Press and hold the Window 8 icon key, along with pressing the X key. This will open up a context menu. Then choose (Command Prompt as Admin)). Then once the Command Window is open. Run the following command and copy the results from the output, by right clicking on the top part of the window, then left click on "Select All", then "copy"): netsh wlan show all

That will show all available Wireless Access Points, what driver and chipset your Laptop has in it. But if I had to take a gamble. It is not your laptop that is the problem. But your ISP hardware you are using.
