Pc Autowaking when using Wake on Lan

I am trying to setup WoL with my PC. I am able to successfully send packets to my machine however my pc auto wakes every minute or so. I used a magic packet sniffer and found this:

Is there a way I can disable my pc receiving packets from this source. I do not even know what the source is for these packets being sent.
