System crashes when I open Network & Sharing centre!!

HELP! I can no longer access the internet from my other laptop.

When I boot up it says "Failed to connect to a windows service".

I believe that the computer cannot locate my wireless card.

I am told that there are no available connections.

When I try to open Network and Sharing Centre, it crashes.

There are no exclamation makes in Device Manager and everything else seems to be working ok.

I just cannot find any networks and appears to be something to do with my wireless card - which has worked perfectly until yesterday when I turned on my laptop and found this problem.

Have you tried a System Restore and restore it to a point before this issue started?

If System Restore didn't work we'll try another tactic.
