You do not need to be running a server to use the Gnome Network Tools. I have been out all day today. Due to I was swapping over from Comcast to ATT UVerse. I gave up on trying to get my router I was using with Comcast, to work with ATT's Gateway that they gave me for Internet.

I thought that we covered about Firewalls, but then again this has been a long thread.

I found that Comodo caused issues when I was testing it and some other stuff, to see which would work best for when my son was around 12 y/o. I gave up and just went with the standard Windows Firewall, but disabled it, due to the Gateway we had with ATT at that time, has a good firewall on it.
