So I just got a custom built computer with Windows 8.1 installed on it, When I go to settings > Networks, It says No Connections are Available, every other device in the house has connection to our WiFi.

Please help me! I really need your help, it's my birthday today.

    I'm not sure
It's possible that the network adapter/network card in the custom computer is on the wrong frequency or doesn't read that band.

Chances are you have a low grade card that only reads 2.4ghz but you are connecting with your router using 5ghz. I had the same issue with an iBUYPOWER I purchased a while back for a client from BestBuy.

You would be better served by connecting to a wired connection first then take the time to download all the Windows updates for your new system with reboots between each round of updates.

Most likely the driver for the wireless device will be installed when you complete the updates.

Yes, establish a wired connection first. Make sure all updates are applied. Then move to wifi.
Has wifi EVER worked on this PC? Check - do you have the correct SSID / passphrase?
