Connect to Remote Desktop from one Windows 8.1 to another

I want to connect to Remote Desktop from one Windows 8.1 to another.

On the 8.1 Machine to be connected remotely to:

Control Panel\System and Security\System\Remote Settings

Remote
Check - Allow Remote Assistance connection to this computer.

Advanced..
Check - Allow this computer to be controlled remotely.

6 Hours
Check - Create Invitations that can only be used from computers running Windows Vista or higher.

Firewall settings?

On the 8.1 computer remotely connected thru:
Remote Desktop Connection
Computer:192.168.0.55
User Name: Computer\User
**did not work**

It works fine, follow the advice in the following link. You can also use the IP in place of the User name and the User name may require the -PC part at the end in order to connect, or it may be looking for the user name that is associated with a Microsoft account which would use @Hotmail.com at the end. Depends on how the account was set up.
