Second Media Device - How to remove?

I created a second account on my PC as a workaround for another issue I had which is now solved, after deleting the second account, it has left a folder under C:/ with 2 after my username (name of the second account) and I cant delete it, this is not the main issue just annoyance, the problem I have is under Network folder I have a media device linked to this second account I deleted, how can I remove it? I tried devices etc but its not listed there.
