Hello,

I've just purchased and installed Windows 8 (I had Windows 7 before).
So my problem is with the network.

When I'm browsing the web, I just got random messages like "server not found" and I need to refresh 20 times before it loads.
When I am downloading something, I cannot access any website.
Some applications which are using the network also looses their connection.
I am using wireless with signal strength 4 out of 5.

In Windows 7 I NEVER had any problems like that and I've been using it for more than 2 years.
Is there any solution for that?

How are you connecting to the Internet. What is the mfg & model of the computer? If it is your own LAN. What is the mfg & model of the router/gateway? Also who is your provider.

I'm connecting trought modem, which supports wireless connection.
The laptop is Asus, K73S.
Yes, it's my LAN, currently, but the modem does not have a manufacturer or any information. It came directly from ISP, and the ISP is Amis.

Did not need the screenshot. Still need the manufacturer & model of your router/gateway. It would be on the label on the device or in the device page.

Since it appears that you are in Slovenia. Most likely your ISP is using controls to keep users from getting to certain sites. Depending on how well they upkeep their network, and handle customer issues. You may wish to contact them regarding this problem.
