@Chev65. Which Method did you use?? I disabled my IPV6 and I still have the issue.

I don't have this problem so can't really test from my end.

The link I posted shows quite a few different methods to fix this problem although there is always the chance it's from malware etc. so running virus scan's and removing third party toolbar's should be part of the trouble shooting.

I have MalewareBytes windows Defender. So it shouldn't be a maleware thing
You can still get hit with a Virus. Regardless what you are running.
