Hi Guys

I Just Upgrade My Laptop Windows From 7 To 8.1 But I Have Lots Of Limited Wi-Fi connection And I Just downloaded The drivers For Win 8 From Hp Website But Still Have It And The Only annoying Fix Is When I Do The troubleshooting Think Its Says default gateway Not available Or something Like That Pls I Need Help Iam AN Online Gamer And Its Killing Me Also My Laptop Is Hp G7 Wireless Driver is Broadcom 4313GN 802.11 B

And This Is My Ip Config All ...If U Guys Need It

So are you able to connect to the Wireless router or not? Are you able to browse to the Internet or not?

yes I can only for few minutes then the stops and it says limited when I do the troubleshooting It rest the wi fi adapter then screen appear default gateway not available and works for few then it happens again iam tired of resting the think I never had thi in win 7

It is not a Windows 8.x issue. What is the make & model of your router.

The Lenovo driver for the •1x1 11 b/g/n Wireless LAN PCI Express Half Mini Card Adapter may work for this but I can't confirm the exact version that Broadcom is using here. This is about the only driver I could find for this problem which is very likely to be a driver issue.

I will give it a try and see but it is 8 problem never have it on win 7 before

the driver u gave me its not working only for Lenovo I guess renstall it back to mine and its working but still every 10 min or such its stops to limited I even updated the tp link router to win 8 update the have on there sit but still the same some times even when I download something it goes to limited idk why but never have this problem with 7 before

You are not alone. As stated before, starting to see a lot of issues with 8 & 8.1, and certain units. Even with Linux, seeing issues with certain network adapter chipsets.

If Lenovo is not issuing the proper driver for 8 & 8.1, you may end up having to roll back to 7. Look on the bright side. At least 7 does not have the Metro Interface.

hhh u don't say man I hope they will fix it in the new update 1 coming next month but for now I did install the win 7 driver and till now 3 hrs did not cut !! so hp issue 8 driver limited every 5 min and the 7 driver till now nothing !! hope it will work for me but I will wait also for the u1 and thx guys for the help

I Don't Have The Problem Anymore Seems The 7 Drivers Works better Than 8? !!! Hhhh technology is dying
