Hey Zoyashahab,

Welcome to the forum :)

You can try this:

1, Open IE on desktop (not metro), press the setting icon on the right top and open "internet options"

2, open "Advanced" tab, locate the "security" section among all the settings, and enable "enhanced protection mode",

3, apply that setting, restart computer and try again.

Hope that helps :)

Cheers,
Harry

Typically when you are showing connected but the browsers don't appear to be connecting it has to do with either winsock or the TCP/IP stack being corrupted.

We can try resetting the Winsock and TCP/IP stack to fix the issue with Winsock.

Method 1:

Step 1: Follow the steps given below to reset Winsock.

a) Press Windows key + X, select Command Prompt (Admin)

b) Type “netsh winsock reset” in the Command Prompt shell, and then press the Enter key.

c) Restart the computer.

Step 2: Follow the steps given below to reset TCP/IP stack.

a) Press Windows key + X, select Command Prompt (Admin)

b) Type “netsh int ip reset reset.log hit” in the Command Prompt shell, and then press the Enter key.

c) Restart the computer.

Let me know if these steps had any effect on the problem. :)
