Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me with this dilemma? So I got an Inspiron 15R and upgraded to Windows 8.1 and I noticed that the bluetooth driver for my Jam Classic wasn't working. I looked for hours and I found a post detailing another substitute driver and I decided to install it (Qualcomm Antheros). It worked for a bit but then it decided to crap out on me after I rebooted my system. So I uninstalled the driver and apparently it took the internet with it because my laptop can't find any wireless networks now and what's worse is that I've been using my Microsoft Account to login and I don't have any other accounts on the start screen to login with. I basically can't do anything.

Hi! Sorry about that. Don't know if this is enough but I updated what I can dig up at the moment.

Windows 8.x has a known issue with Bluetooth adapters not working properly. Even some computers running Windows 7 SP1 has the same issue. You will need to download the original driver from the computer manufacturer support site, and install that. Do not let Microsoft/Windows update change the driver. That is another issue that I have come across also. The Microsoft signed drivers are causing issues with certain hardware.
