Pretty interesting program, it's not really a hacking tool as it's made to work from inside Windows to decrypt stored wireless passwords. Maybe so you can find forgotten passwords from previously connected networks.

The fact that this .txt just magically appeared on your machine is a little strange. The link shows where the passwords are stored and how to recover them using the WiFi password decryptor. I'm thinking that at some point there may have been a .exe which was clicked on to produce this .txt document.

The very first time I used this tool it blow my mind. It was showing me passwords I had used months ago (before formatting) from when I first got my Windows 8 computer. I had no idea Microsoft was storing that information to the cloud in the first place.

The network listed in the screenshot has to be from somewhere local. This system does not leave my house.

Lastly, I know Windows stores wireless passwords but I would think they would save it in an encrypted format. Maybe that will be included in Windows 9.
