Windows 8 PC can't find NETWORK

    Hello all!
I recently got a new computer and it's working great! I use a linksys usb adapter (ae3000) for wi-fi. It recognizes most of the networks in my whole apartment building but not mine. For a router I use an older airport express. The problem is that my network isn't even shown amongst the other networks. If you could help me connect to the network it would be great!
    Thanks!
    -TheHernqvist

Note: the network works on all apple devices in my home, and also works with the PC when connected with ethernet-cable. But the network is not shown on the PC when I disconnect the cable.
