Can anyone suggest anything for the Wireless adapter tripping out after upgrading Win 8 to windows 8.1? Computer used to work fine on Win 8. Now I cant download large files or watch TV or you Tube or live Football 30 feet away from the Router. Yet it worked good on Windows 8. Anyone having similar problems? Is it possible to return to Windows 8? I did not make a Restore USB at Windows 8 but did a Restore USB for Win 8.1.

I have a brand new Netgear AC1900 Night Halk Router it works great with all my Win7 computers, but I find it disconnected from my win8.1 computer a lot. I have to keep reconnecting it again and again. It's not the router that is to blame it's Microsofts Win8.1. There is a BIG problem with it, and it's up to Microsoft to get it fixed but don't hold your breath waiting for any fix.

Thanks all, two problems, Broadcom 4352 is 5G, 80211.ac
Lenovo is standard b/g/n
Computer is Alienware 17, brand new maybe 5 weeks old- so under warranty.
I need Dell support permission to do this change but looks like a downgrade.
If they say yes, I will but Win 8.1 sucks.
Good alternative guys, appreciate the info.
