kernel event tracing errors on startup

everytime I boot up I get a few of these errors

Session "Pku2uLog" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000035
Session "NegoLog" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000035
Session "IDListenLog" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000035
Session "P2PLog" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000035
Session "HomeGroupLog" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000035

I have a PC running 8.1 and a laptop running 7 pro with a homegroup between them.. I have deleted the homegroup and rebuilt it to no avail and the errors keep happening... Any other info you guys may need please let me know...Thanks alot..

Hey Chev thanks for the reply, I have been doing that on a daily basis and it never finds anything.. If I delete the homegroup I dont have any of those errors on startup....

The only thing I can find on this would be to rename the setup.etl to setup.exe at the following location.

C:\Windows\panther\ change setup.etl to setup.old and reboot.

This may get rid of the error messages but it's obviously just a work around.

Nobody seems to know why this problems occurs but there is definitely something causing this.

i saw someone say something about NAT causing it...but they didnt give a fix
