Welcome to Eight Forums,

It is unfortunate that others are also experiencing similar issue that you're having, have you tried using an old Windows 8 or 7 driver?
Just to confirm your statement here that you've tried connecting to other Wi-Fi Networks, secured and unsecured?
i'm having issues too on connect to any wi-fi out there.
Are you not able to connect at all? or having disconnection issue?

Can you please post your ipconfig /all output for review?

Have you read the Thread here and follow the suggestions?

I would think that the latest drivers for the Killer 1202 dated Oct. 24 should work for this.

I'd have to see the Driver version in Device Manger in order to determine which driver you are using now so I can only guess that the updated drivers would work to fix this problem. :)

Download BigFoot Killer Wireless-N 1202 Network Adapter WLAN Driver 1.0.36.1278 for Windows 7, Windows 7 64 bit, Windows 8, Windows 8 64 bit, Windows 8.1, Windows 8.1 64 bit

Or maybe the driver from Dell dated 10/9/13
