    Task manager, network utilization always zero although!!


    Hey,
    Network utilization tap always gives 0%, ive one connection here- no wifi or sth else, is no idea to fix thst?

I am running Windows 8 64 bit but the task manager is the Windows 7 task manager. I have refreshed my installation and I have done a check disk. Consequently I cannot access the startup settings.:(
