Sharing name issues.

I have a WDLive and has a name of ZDrive

I used to be able to \\Zdrive and access my folders. Now i have to input \\192.168.x.x

any idea why????

type nslookup from a command prompt and see if the DNS server info is correct

if it's wrong , type IPConfig /FlushDNS to try and clear the error.

Otherwise you may not have a DNS server set up correctly.
