Hi guys,
I'm a IT Support in our company, and currently I'm facing a problem on one of the staff's laptop for connecting to our internal wireless network that is hidden. The connection are configured correctly and in fact the laptop can connect to the wireless network correctly without any problem on last week, but today it just stopped working (even detecting) that particular wireless network.
It can detect all other wireless network and even another hidden SSID. There are multiple laptops of the same model, and all of them are working fine except the only one laptop that are having problem.
The model of the laptop is HP Probook 4440s running Windows 8.
The AP we used are Cisco Aironet 1131 with Cisco WLC 4402.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Darren
