Some Metro Apps are not using the internet on some modems

Hello,
I had this problem where the metro apps could access the internet when i used a usb modem. The problem just disappeared but for the metro apps to use the internet on the usb modem i had to connect it via the modem's dashboard. If i connect via the Network side bar(the blue one with the list of networks), metro apps won't work.
I used to get this error before ''datamarket.accesscontrol.windows.net could not be resolved'

Another problem came up. When i use a cdma modem(ZTE Modem) and i connect it via its dashboard, metro apps won't access the internet.
Another thing is that not all metro apps behave this way. The mail app,internet explorer,messaging and people app always work.
From the screenshot you can see that the Internet explorer works but bing search doesn't.

The solution is to dial all modems via a specific connection(see screenshot). Only this connection allows all applications to access the internet on any modem connection.
