So I have a clover trail tablet (Samsung 500t). It would detect the ad hoc network created by my Touch Pro 2 (win mobile 6.1, I am old school
), then after I entered the pastphrase it would ask if I want to use as a home or public connection, but it would then get stucked on "verifying and connecting", eventually saying cannot connect to network.. My win 7 devices tether fine w my TP2 thr this ad hoc network created by TP2. Is this another of these annoying new quirks introduced by win 8 and clover trail that make no sense? Is there is a setting that I am missing? Pl help... win 8 is so annoying...
