Lost LAN mac adress

Hi to all, I have HP Pavillion DV6-2120EM notebook and I have some problems. My lan mac is all 00:00... if enibody had that problem and how is solve this ?

I try to reinstall windows and that not help lan mac is still 00:00:00:00:00:00

Hey Herbrico,

Have you manually tried to change your MAC address? And it's only logical that after you reinstall Windows the MAC doesn't changed, as it's "burned into" the Network Card. Also, have you tried resetting your network card to factory defaults?

I not try to change mac manually, I try to reset also, but mac is steel 00

I think I've got a fix for you, can you run a quick ipconfig /all in an elevated command prompt and post a screenshots of the output here?
