Hosted Network Starting issue

Hi,

I was trying to share my datacard connection by creating a hosted network. The command

netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid='' key='' was successful

I tried to run the command to start hosted network

netsh wlan start hostednetwork - I got the error as below.

" A hosted network couldn't be started. A device attached to the system is not functioning."

I tried multiple forums but was unable to resolve the issue. Please assist.
