Depending on the connection...

hi y'all

i was wondering, if Windows 8 can, of if i, as the user, allow the constant flow of data from and to the internet (for example from the Live Feeds) to be only active when i am connected to a broadband connection, or even to pick which connections i allow the computer to access the internet in an indiscriminate way.

i ask this for obvious reasons.

maybe windows 8 already does this on every internet enabled feature (like with it's windows updates - it won't update if it detects a mobile internet connection), but i want to get down to the manual configurations if i can.

cheers
