Can't remove Allows apps and features

AS you can see, I tried to change the setting from public to private because this is a desktop not a laptop, and what do I see when I return? It added duplicate entries for everything! WTH? I can remove some but not all, like utorrent I can't remove any of those but wth?

Nevermind I reset the firewall and installed mcafee instead, oh well
