Help with Windows 8 and wireless adapters

Hello everybody, I just bougth a desktop (Compaq CQ2930EA) and windows 8 is the default OS. I also have a wireless dual band usb adapter (TP-LINK model no. TL-WDN3200). I try to conect to the WiFi and the result is limited access. I already tried to fix it with:
- the trubleshoot
- use the comands to reset the winsock catalog and the ict.
- and also to unistall the device and install it again.
anybody have any suggestion that I can try?
Thanks a lot

Installing the latest Windows 8 driver for your TL-WDN3200, should help. :)

TL-WDN3200 - Bienvenido a TP-LINK

If you are still having problems after the driver update please post a screen shot of the ipconfig/all from this machine.

From this, you aren't getting anything from the router.

You should reset the router and go through the set up procedure again. :)
