Computer does not connect to internet automatically?

Whenever I boot up my computer, I always have to go and connect to the internet. It doesn't automatically connect to the internet. I don't want to do this anymore. I tried clicking "Connect Automatically," but that didn't solve the problem. I also tried troubleshooting. It found some problems, and it was the problems were fixed but it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

Have you tried starting up in safe mode with networking? You didn't mention if this is a wired or wireless connection?

If it works correctly in safe mode then most likely an installed program is causing the problem.

Updating the driver sometimes works as well but there are many other reasons why this problem occurs.

I'm using a wireless connection. How do I boot in Safe Mode? I'm still new in Windows 8.

Hello. I booted in safe mode with network. However, the network icon shows like a red x on it. I had to click on the icon, and connect to the internet. It didn't connect automatically. :\

Well you haven't listed your system specs so I can't help you find an updated driver but that is the most likely problem.
