    I can't access web-pages when I'm downloading something

Hi I'm on Windows 8 Pro x64, when I'm downloading something no matter what speed bandwitch, I can't access web-pages they constantly time out after attempting to load for several minutes and appears Server not found. When I stop download, I can get into sites normally.

What browser are you experiencing this problem on ? Have you tried another browser to see if its a browser issue ?

I realized that by downloading in the browsers I can access web-pages normally, but when download "outside" like torrent, orbit, jdownloader, I can't.
