new Toshiba Computer with windows 8. Will not connect to my phone. Phone is connecting with 2 other computers in the house plus a 1st generation Ipad. Printer is connected also.

it is Windows 8. my phone connects find to the other computers I have in the house including the printer. my phone is an Android with a hotspot that works fine with everything else except this computer.
