    Just reading through this again. There may just be a problem here whereby he's taking all the bandwidth because he is obviously using as much graphics information as possible. Possibly using most or all the bandwidth available. Cut him down to 2Mbs and see if he complains. If he does then it tough, you will have to share at different times... If your using a browser like uTorrent you can configure it to download at night, if that is any use to you!
