Windows 8 apps

I was wondering this apps (ex: Weather, News, store) eats my internet even though i close them and unpin them in the start menu (the metro UI). anyone can answer?

No problem.

Did you open the Charms bar while on the Start screen instead of from the desktop? "Start settings" is only available from the Start screen.

under the settings in "START" theres only , start , tile , help. start is not click able, tile is only few options. anyways if i just turn off the tile its fine right?
