Solved NAS not sharing!

I have a nas that sometimes shares and then others it does not. It did share ok when first installed Win8 but since then I cannot connect to it. It just shows me the regular message below. Any help appreciated!

It's ok I found that the Firewall was blocking access. Sorry world!
