    If you click the Network Icon in the taskbar you'll get a ribbon listing your Network connections. Right click the one you want to change and then click the "Turn file sharing on or off" button that pops up. Turning file sharing ON should switch it from Public to Private. Private is the new Home.

    What you need to do is change the Network adapter in your Firewall to Local Network and not Public Network...
