I have trouble connecting to EDUROAM network at the university in Gothenburg Sweden. I have no
connection problems when connecting to other wireless networks, just EDUROAM.

I'm using an Asus U36 SG with Qualcomm Atheros network adapter AR9002WB-1NG. I'v tried several drivers,
including drivers for Windows Vista and W7. Currently my driver version is 10.0.0.75 for W7, released 2012-07-24.

I'v been told that the problem may lie in that the particular university is using Cisco Access Points in their network
and that they are blocking the connection. Im running Windows 8 Pro X64.

Anyone have an idea of what to do or try?

THNX in advance

If you can connect to that network with a different device, and not yours, chances are that the router itself is having issues or it might be MAC filtering. If it's a MAC filter in place, you don't have a lot of options other than using a separate wireless adapter.
