Fonts just don't seem right to me...Help? I don't know if my Windows 8 is having some issues with fonts but.. some things just don't look right compared to Windows 7. I read up some research on the AA from Windows 8 fonts and everything should be fixed but.. things don't look so hot on mine...

Well... I just wiped the parition and reinstalled Windows 8 back on it. Everything is fine as it should be hahah :p Now... what antivirus works with Windows 8 so far?? As AVG seems to have issues with it. I really dont trust Windows Defender lol.

Safe mode will not work at all. Black screen just appears when I choose it. Hmmmmmm well, that really really sucks ahahah. I didn't know an antivirus can potentially brick your OS. Well i'll do some research and if nothing goes right, i'll just wipe that partition and start over again. I'll post...

Okay.. scan was okay, renamed all the files to .BAD, and renamed the AVG directory in Program Files(x86) to AVGBAD. Still.. Black screen after Windows 8 boot screen. So I guess going through the registry might do..

Okay will do, I will do all of those and then post back here. I really am not that familiar with the registry except doing basic things with it.

Nope, doesn't work unfortunately. :( After the windows logo boot screen it just goes into a black screen. Not even a blue screen error this time.

Okay, how do I do that if I cant get in the OS though? Could I just delete the AVG folder on the partition when I'm in Windows 7?
