Seems like a very strange bug to me. as the center of mine is still in good shape, however the top and bottom stick. but I kind of expect that.

I had this same problem, and after reading this post I tried something. and so far it has fixed it. what I did was right clicked on the bottom windows toolbar, went to the Navigation tab, unchecked "When I point to the upper-right corner, show the charms" check box Hit apply, it fixed it...
