when I go into control panel windows update the windows 10 reserve notice is there with windows reserve button when I click on the button nothing happens I did for get to mention that I already had the reserve done even received an email to confirm this but had to reset my laptop to factory...

when I check for updates win 8.1 I find a notication to reserve windows 10 yet it will not let me can any one advise what I,m doing wrong
