You don't need to format your hard drive... firstly this will remove everything, from OS to System files. Secondly, if it's not playing videos ever since you installed VLC, it's a application/hardware issue.
My card is overclocked by 830 mHz. It's a factory overclock, so I shouldn't worry about that too much. It's preowned, but we bought it off an actual shop on Amazon. What will my motherboard chipset drivers do?
