I'm getting the same issue. What's weird is I get the issue on the monitor connected to my GPU, which is an ASUS NVidia GeForce GTX 670. The other monitor which is connected to my motherboard, which is an ASUS Sabertooth z77, is not getting the same issue. I'm not entirely sure what the problem...
